How to Book an Appointment in Learner360 – Mobile

This guide will show you how to book an appointment through Learner360 using your Mobile device.

  2. Filter available appointment times by meeting type
  3. Book an appointment
  4. Check your upcoming appointments

Booking an Appointment

Login to PiratePort and use the Learner360 card to access the Learner360 portal.  
Once you have logged in, follow the instructions below:

  1. From the Learner360 landing page, click on the “My Appointments” tab.
  2. You will see a list of any upcoming Advising Appointments.
  3. Tap on “Schedule Appointment.”
  4. In the Schedule Appointment pop-up window, you will be able to choose the details of your appointment.
  5. In the “Success Team” field, select “My Assigned Advisors” from the drop-down list options.
  6. In the “Advisor” field, select one of your advisors from the list, or select “Show me all available time slots” to see the availability for all your assigned advisors.
  7. In the “Topic or Subtopic” field, select the reason for your Appointment. You can only select one Topic, so if you have multiple reasons, choose the most important one.
  8. Leave the Start Date and End Date fields empty to see Appointment availability for all dates. You will be able to filter by date in the next step.
  9. Tap “Next.”

    Next, you will see the “Select Time Slot” screen.
  10. If you want to filter the available time slots by the type of appointment, tap on the “Select an
    Engagement Channel” field and select the type of appointment you are looking for.
  11. You can use the “Select a Date” field to choose a day you are looking for an appointment.
  12. You can also use the arrows to move forward or back between displayed dates.
  13. Scroll down in the window to see more times or time from a different advisor (if applicable)
  14. Once you find a day and time you want, tap on the time.
  15. If there are multiple appointment types available for that time, you will be prompted to choose the type of appointment you want.
  16. Tap “Next.”

    Next, you will see a screen confirming the details of your appointment. Make sure all the details are correct.
  17. If you need to change any details, tap “Back.”
  18. For an in-person appointment, you will see the location of the appointment
    Note: You will also receive this information in an Email.
  19. Use the “Additional Information” field to enter the details of what you would like to discuss
    with your advisor. Provide as much detail as possible.
  20. Tap “Confirm” when you are ready to book the appointment.
  21. When the Appointment is confirmed, you will see a brief confirmation message flash on the
    screen, notifying you that your appointment has been scheduled.
  22. Tab the Refresh button.
  23. You will now see the new appointment listed under the “My Appointments” tab in Learner360.
