People360 is the employee-facing portal where ECU employees access self-service knowledge articles, submit general requests, complete interpersonal relationship attestations, initiate personnel actions — all in one place.
People360 Admin is the management tool for POSO staff where they manage and respond to cases submitted by employees, track requests, and oversee personnel actions from end-to-end.
